When Hi-Life’s Dihua store went dark, most brands would spend days convening teams, analyzing the situation, and drafting a plan. With ADGo, we moved from market insight to creative concept in just 30 minutes. By leveraging ADGo’s AIGI-powered creative-inspiration AI, we rolled out the “Local Flavor On, Sweet Return to Dihua” campaign—generating multiple ideas and strategic options in half an hour, and turning “lights-out” into “lights-on.”
Case Background
On March 24, 2025, Hi-Life’s Dihua Street store—established in 1989 and celebrated as the brand’s founding “home base”—officially went dark. This wasn’t just a store closure; it marked the end of a 36-year emotional journey between Kuang Chuan (光泉) and Hi-Life. Located on the very block where Kuang Chuan’s founder, Wang Shui-Chuan (汪水泉) , first sold his signature red bean soup, the Dihua branch symbolizes the birthplace of their shared legacy.
Leveraging ADGo, we unearthed the rich cultural context and emotional resonance embedded in this lights-out event, transforming it into scalable, brand-resonant creative activation opportunities.

Phase 2: Extreme Creative Brainstorm
Leveraging ADGo-06 Extreme Creative Brainstorm, we selected the following concepts:
Concept Ideation: Seal the storefront, unleash a pure sensory memory reboot. Partnering with Kuang Chuan, Hi-Life Dihua will host a “Local Flavor Unlocked, Sweet Return to Dihua” nostalgia experience—flooding the streets with creamy aromas, pastry sweetness, and the comforting warmth of red bean soup to spark consumer memories through taste and emotion.
1. “Memory Refresh” Retro Nostalgia Street Exhibit
Leveraging ADGo’s AIGI-driven cultural insights, we recreate a vintage Kuang Chuan Red Bean Soup stall and Hi-Life “founding‐home” shelf on Dihua Street. Visitors don period attire, snap photos against century-old facades, apply custom retro filters on keepsake digital postcards, and share with #LocalFlavorOn to spark emotional engagement.
2. “Local Treasures” Limited-Edition Gift Box
Powered by MAGICC co-creation, we launch the “Local Treasures” collector’s box—featuring retro-style red bean soup, classic milk tea, and Dihua Street pastries in hand-drawn packaging that tells Kuang Chuan’s origin story. A portion of proceeds funds the Dihua Cultural Preservation Foundation, deepening community ties.
3. “Memory Live” Sensory Night Market
Using AIGI-inspired scenario mapping, we host a one-night “Memory Live” market where sound, scent, and taste converge. A “Kuang Chuan Storytelling Corner” features former staff and local residents sharing anecdotes, while guests sample Wang Shui-Chuan’s original red bean soup recipe amid nostalgic music under lantern light.
4. “Sweet Return” Mini-Documentary Series
Through ADGo’s rapid content generation, we produce a three-episode mini-doc “Sweet Return,” spotlighting Dihua locals, long-time patrons, and brand insiders. Interwoven archival photos and live-action recreations guide viewers through 36 years of shared memories—amplified via YouTube and social channels.
5. “Time-Capsule Flavor” Social Campaign
Activated on Facebook and Instagram, “Time-Capsule Flavor” invites consumers to submit their Kuang Chuan or Dihua Street memories—be it a red bean soup moment or midnight shopping stroll. Selected stories are transformed by illustrators into bespoke artwork and gifted as personalized keepsakes.
6. “Local Flavor • Time Capsule” Podcast
Using ADGo’s audience-insight module, we launch the “Local Flavor • Time Capsule” podcast. Episodes feature Dihua shop owners, cultural custodians, and brand champions discussing the emotional resonance of a beloved store’s closing—and the new chapter it ignites.
All activations culminate in a “Local Flavor Farewell Feast” on Dihua Street: sealing memories with a ceremonial bowl of red bean soup and heralding the next phase of the story.
Phase 3: Short-Video Big Ideas
Leveraging ADGo-07 Short-Video Big Ideas, we instantly map product highlights to audience triggers—generating micro-film and short-video scripts in minutes.
